CORAM:
HON'I3LE MR. JUSTICE MANMOIJAN
13.07.2015 Since the primary relief in the present writ petitions is to quash the
Special Audit Report dated 5th September, 2014 on the ground that petitioner had been falsely included in the list of fake firms, this Court is of the view that there are disputed questions of fact which arise for consideration.
Consequently, present writ petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings either in accordance with the disputes resolution mechanism stipulated in the contract, if any, or by way of a civil suit or any other remedy that may be available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid liberty, present petitions, and applications are disposed of.
