13.07.2015 In the above captioned two applications , petitioners seek regular bail in FIR No. 281/2015, under Sections 308/323/34 of the IPG, registered atpolice station Zafrabad, Delhi while claiming to beinnocent.

2015:DHC:10568 V Since the relief sought in the above captioned two applications is on identical grounds, therefore, with the consent of counsel representing both the sides, these applications have been heard together and are being disposed ofby this common order.
Upon Notice, Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned Additional Public
Prosecutor for respondent-State has filed status report, which shows that the case ofpetitioners is at par with the case ofco-accused- SharifAlam
&Imran, who are already bail.
Upon hearing, I find case ofpetitioners to be atpar with the case of co-accused- SharifAlam &Imran. Without commenting on the merits of the case, it is directed that petitioners be released on bail, on their furnishing bail bond in the sum of 0,000/- each with one local surety each in the likeamount to the satisfaction of thetrial courtconcerned.
The above captioned applications are accordingly disposed.
