JUDGMENT
1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners(defendants No.1 & 2 in the suit) against the respondent(plaintiff in the suit) stating inter alia that the contempt proceedings are liable to be initiated against him under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
2. Counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, while reserving the right of the petitioners to file an appropriate petition after a decision is taken in Crl.MA No.16774/2013 filed in CS (OS) No.706/2013.
3. Leave, as prayed for, is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. HIMA KOHLI, J JULY 09, 2015 mk/ap
