JUDGMENT

1. The suit has been placed before the Court by the Joint Registrar, who has recorded in the order dated 24.04.2015 that the plaintiff has not filed the list of witnesses or the affidavit by way of evidence and none had appeared on its behalf on the said date.

2. On the first call, none was present on behalf of the plaintiff. However, in the interest of justice, the case was passed over to await the presence of the counsel for the plaintiff. On the second call, at 3:32 PM, the position remains the same. None is present on behalf of the plaintiff.
