JUDGMENT

1. The suit has been placed before the Court by the learned Joint has been appearing for the plaintiff w.e.f. 17.10.2014. Same is the position even today.

2. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that after 5.5.2014, the plaintiff and his counsel have absented themselves from the present proceedings.

3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for nonprosecution, along with the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J JULY 15, 2015
