1. The suit has been placed before the court by the learned Joint have been taken by the plaintiff to serve the defendants No.l & 6, nor has she deposited the costs in terms of the order dated 27.2.2015. Further, none had appeared on behalf of the plaintiff on the said date.

2. The case was passed over on the first call to await the presence of the piaintiff/her counsel. It is 1.15PM now. None is present on behalf of the plaintiff.
