This apphcation seeks disposal of the suit in terms of (i) the
Memorandum of Family Settlement dated 12.02.2015 arrived through mediation before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi; and(ii)a declaration that GiftDeeddated 25.05.2011 is void.
The application under Order XXIII Rule 3 CPC is signed by the parties concerned and is supported by their affidavits. Since according to the parties the disputes have been settled amicably, the
