ORDER
1. These petitions have been filed by the street vendors, claiming the reliefofrestraint against their dispossession from the sites from which they claim to be street vending till the Committee constituted /to be constituted as per Section 3(3) of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation ofStreet Vending) Act, 2014 considers their cases. In one ofthe petitions, relief of consideration of their claims by the Town Vending Committee has also been claimed. ^ number ofthese petitions came up before this Court yesterday SO" June, 2015, viz. W.P.(C) Nos. 6115/2015, 6116/2015, 6117/2015, 6118/2015, 6119/2015, 61202015, 6123/2015, 61302015, 6131/2015, 6132/2015, 6134/2015, 6143/2015,6144/2015,6145/2015,6148/2015,6157/2015 &6158/2015 and adetailed order was passed therein and it was further observed that any fresh petitions filed without making out acase for filing thereof shall be dismissed with costs. The counsels for the petitioners in these petitions had however yesterday itselfpointed out that these petitions had already been filed and therefore the costs neednot be imposed in the same.
3. The counsels for the petitioners reiteratesthe same request today and states that these petitions be disposed of in terms of the order dated 30" June, 2015 in the petitions supra. W.P.(C) 6196/2015, W.P.(C) 6197/2015&W.P.(C) 6204/2015 Page[2] of[3] A V
