ORDER

1. The counsel for the petitioner University of Delhi states that these petitions were preferred impugning the order of the National Commission of Minority Educational Institutions declaring the respondent Colleges as Minority Educational Institutions.

2. It is further stated that the respondent Union of India (UOI) in its affidavit filed in this Court has supported the status of the respondent Colleges as Minority Educational Institutions.

3. The counsel for the respondent University Grants Commission (UGC) also states that the respondent UGC also supports the status of the respondent Colleges as Minority Educational Institutions. Page 2of[3] No costs. JULY 019 2015 bs [ENDLAW, J.

4. The counsel for the petitioner University states that the petitioner University has taken a decision to go along with the stand of the UOI and the UGC and that he has instructions to withdraw these petitions.
