Petitioners before this Court are Rahul and Naveen. FIR
No.402/2015 has been registered under Sections 323/328/366/354/
376D/506 of the IPG on the complaint of one 'AG'. The allegations are that on 01.11.2014 the petitioner Rahul on the promise of marriage had entered into a physical relationship with her. This relationship continued. On 25.05.2014 she was taken in an Alto car by Rahul and Naveen and two of their other friends; further allegation being that Naveen had taken a video film of a gang rape allegedly committed upon the victim by two persons, which included Rahul; video filming was done by Naveen.
Allegations are serious. No grounds made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Rejected. Petitioners shall join jthe investigation forthwith.
