Learned APP for the State under instructions from the
Investigating Officer states that the petitioner has joined the investigation. In the status report it has been mentioned that there are two entries which are noted in the visitors' register of the Hotel wherein the petitioner as well as the complainant had checked into the hotel. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, states that there is no explanation for the inordinate delay of two years in getting the FIR registered.
Petitioner will continue to join investigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer.
Order dated 28.5.2015 is made absolute.
2015:DHC:10567 J In the event of arrest, the petitioner be admitted to bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount subjectto the satisfaction of the Ijivestigating Officer.
