The complainant is the sister-in-law of Omvir Gupta.
2015:DHC:10698 Petitioners will continue to join the investigation as and when summoned by the investigating officer. In the event of arrest petitioners be admitted to bail on their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of the investigating officer.
