3. Challenge in this writ petition, which has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, is to the Order dated 10.4.2015 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1214/2015, which has been filed by the petitioner seeking setting aside of his Transfer Order bearing No.Q/PQ-II/6615/2015 dated 19.3.2015 issued by respondent no.2.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the counsel, who made the statement in Court, was not authorized to make the statement before the Central Administrative Tribunal.
5. After some hearing in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with leave to 2015:DHC:5576-DB W.P.(C) No. 6660/2015 approach the Central Administrative Tribunal to enable him to make an appropriate application, as maintainable in accordance with law.
6. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed for, is granted.
