1. The present petition arises out of and has been listed along with CS(OS) 1152/2008, wherein the order dated 25.5.2012, directing the defendants therein (petitioner herein) to be proceeded against ex parte has been revived on account of failure on his part to pay the costs to the other side, in terms of the order dated 4.4.2013.
