JUDGMENT

1. The suit was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the plaintiff. Same is the position on the second call.

2. A perusal of the order dated 24.02.2015 passed by the learned Joint Registrar reveals that the plaintiff has not been pursuing the present suit and that the same is liable to be dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.

3. A perusal of the order sheets reveals that after 24.04.2014, none has been appearing for the plaintiff and nor has the plaintiff’s counsel taken steps to serve the defendants. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution alongwith the pending applications.
