JUDGMENT

1. Counsel for the petitioner states that though the evidence of the petitioner in the present case was concluded on 12.12.2011, the respondents stopped appearing after 17.12.2012. She submits that no useful purpose would be served by proceeding further with the present petition and therefore, she does not wish to press the same, while reserving the right of her client to file execution proceedings against the respondents, for seeking execution of the judgment and decree dated 13.11.2007, passed in CS(OS) No.1127/2007, in accordance with law.
