"/« 14.08.2015 Today asum ofRs.20 lacs has been paid by the petitioners to the complamant. The balance schedule of payment in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties is contained in the order dated 16.07.2015 and the parties undertake to honour their
2015:DHC:10673 commitment as contained in that order. The Investigating Officer shall expedite the process ofinvestigation.
Accordingly, in the event ofarrest, the petitioners be admitted to bail on their furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one surety each ofthe like amount to the satisfaction ofthe concerned trial Court with the condition that the petitioners shall join mvestigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer.
