2015:DHC:11258-DB respondent No.l in LPA No.462/2013 shall continue to work at the schools they are working currently but within three months from today the appellants would frame a transfer policy as per which an employee working in a particular school established by the appellants would be liable to be transferred to such schools established by the appellants where to and fro transport is available from the house where the employee resides and the school where the employee is transferred.
ORDER

2. Since the appeals are being disposed of on consent terms the impugned judgment would not be treated as declaratory of the law concerning the stand taken by the appellants.
