ORDER
1. These petitions have been filed by the petitioner with following prayers a) To set aside the impugned orders dated 13'*' April, 2015 and 19"^ May,2015 passed in Transfer Petition Nos. M/10/2015, M/11/2015, M/12/2015, M/13/2015, M/14/2015, M/15/2015, M/16/2015, M/17/2015, M/18/2015, M/19/2015, M/20/2015 passed by Ms.Cham Aggarwal, Rent Controller(Central),Tis Hazari Court,Delhi; b) To direct transfer of the Eviction Petition Nos.221/213, 222/2013, 223/2013, 225/2013, 836/2014, 838/2014, 839/2014, 840/2014, 841/2014, 842/2014, 843/2014 pending before the Court of Sh.Vinay Singhal, ARC (Central), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi for hearing and adjudication ofthe same as per law; c) To direct consolidation of all the eviction petitions filed by the petitioner pending before the Court ofSh.Vinay Singhal, ARC(Central),Tis Hazari Court, Delhi and before the Court of Ms.Namrita Aggarwal, ARC(Central), Tis Hazari Court, Delhi before the Court of any Rent Controller or Additional Rent controller for hearing and adjudication ofthe same as per law.

The leamed counsel for the petitioner submits that initially seventeen eviction petitions were filed out of which eleven eviction petitions are pending before the Court of Sh.Vinay Singhal, ARC, Delhi. The three eviction petitions pending before the Court of Ms.Namrita Aggarwal,ARC, Delhi stand disposed of and remaining three matters stand compromised before another ARC,Delhi.
3. On being questioned leamed counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that as on date no matter is pending before the Court of Ms.Namrita Aggarwal,ARC,Delhi. His prayer is that eleven eviction petitions pending before the Court ofSh.Vinay Singhal,ARC,Delhi may be transferred to the Court of Ms.Namrita Aggarwal,ARC,Delhi who has already disposed of three eviction petitions.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, does not press these transfer petitions submitting that let all the eleven eviction petitions be decided bythe learned ARC,Delhi where the same are pending. Hefurther submitsthatthese petitions may be dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Allthe petitions are accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
