JUDGMENT

Quashing of FIR No. 744/2014, under Section 420/34 of the IPC, registered at police station R.K. Puram, New Delhi is sought by petitioner on the basis of Settlement Deed of 17th January, 2015 reached with the second respondent, who is the complainant of FIR in question and on the ground that the misunderstanding, which led to registration of FIR in question, stands cleared between the parties.
Mr. Panna Lal Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice of this petition on behalf of respondent-State and submits that in view of aforesaid Settlement Deed of 17th January, 2015, supplementary statement of second respondent would be recorded and

Let it be so done.
This petition and application are accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail of the remedy as available in the law, if need be.
