We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. This application is allowed.
Mr Madhur Mittal is impleaded as respondent No. 2 in the appeal and consequently as defendant No. 2 in CS(OS) 875/2013.

We may point out that FAO(OS) 348/2015 ought to have been listed on
24.07.2015. But, through some inadvertence on the part of the Registry, it was not so listed. In any event, on that date, lawyers were abstaining from work and the connected matter, being FAO(OS) 355/2015, was renotified for today.
Accordingly, both the matters, that is, FAO(OS) 348/2015 and FAO(OS)
355/2015, have been listed before us today.
2015:DHC:11935-DB The learned counsel for the parties infomied us that the mediation has resulted in a settlement. The settlement agreement in original has been placed before us. The settlement agreement is dated 30.07.2015 and contains all the necessary points of settlement which has been arrived at between the parties. We, accordingly, take the settlement agreement on record and the parties are bound by the same. The undertakings given by the parties inthe settlement agreement are accepted bythis Court.
Consequently, these appeals stand disposed of in terms of the settlement
^ agreement. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Single Judge on
18.08.2015 for formally recording the compromise and for passing the compromise decree.
