4. In view of the above, UMA Pet. No.190/2014 & Guardianship Pet.No.14/2014 are withdrawn from the Court of Ms.Seema Maini, Judge, Family Courts, Rohini, Delhi and M.P,No.66/2014 & Execution Petition No.719/2014 are withdrawn from the Court ofSh.D.S.Punia,Judge,Family Courts, Tis Hazari,Delhi and are transferred to the Court of Sh.Yashwant Kumar, Judge, Family Courts, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi for disposal in accordance with law.: ^

5. Parties are directed to appear before the Transferee Court On 27 November,2015.

6. Copy oforder be sentto the concerned Family Courts with direction to send the files to the Transferee Court before the next date ofhearing i.e. 27*^November,2015.

7. Copy ofthe order be given dastitothe parties asprayed.

8. This petition stands disposed of.
