JUDGMENT
(ORAL)

1. Petitioner has filed this petition seeking parole.

2. Learned ASC accepts notice and submits that yesterday itself, another parole application of same petitioner on same grounds was dismissed. It is further submitted by learned ASC that the antecedents of the petitioner do not support his case and that is the reason, the petitioner has approached this Court without waiting for the decision of the competent authority. It is also pointed out by learned ASC that instead of submitting the parole request GIRISH KATHPALIA Date: 2025.05.09 18:02:09 +05'30' W.P.(CRL) 1554/2025 pages through the concerned Jail Superintendent, the parole application in the present case was submitted directly before the competent authority.

3. It appears that sister of the petitioner filed two parole petitions through two different advocates, both petitions supported by her affidavits and one petition was dismissed yesterday.

4. Considering the above circumstances, I am not inclined to invoke the jurisdiction directly, without awaiting the decision of the competent authority.

5. The present petition is dismissed. (JUDGE) MAY 9, 2025
