Quashing of FIR No.1141/2005, under Sections 182/192/193/416/
465/468/471 of the IPC, registered at police station Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi is sought in this petition on the basis of affidavit of 3rd August, 2015 of respondent No.2, who is son of deceased complainant of FIR in question.
Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits that Mr. Anil Kumar Mutreja, son of deceased
Shri Nand Lal Mutreja, who was the complainant/ first-informant of FIR in question is present in the Court and he has been identified to be so by

Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State further has placed on record copy of Final Report of 21st January, 2008 filed before the trial court and she submits that investigation in FIR in question has resulted in filing of the final report wherein it has been stated that no evidence has been brought on record against the accused despite all possible efforts.
In view of afore-noted stand taken by respondent-State and in view of affidavit of Mr. Anil Kumar Mutreja, son of deceased complainant, FIR No.1141/2005, under Sections 182/192/193/416/465/468/471 of the
IPC, registered at police station Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
With aforesaid observations, this petition is accordingly disposed of.
