CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI O R D E R 25.08.2015
JUDGMENT

1. The case was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the plaintiff. Same is the position even on the second call.

2. A perusal of the order sheet shows that none had appeared for the plaintiff on the last date of hearing. Nor has the office objection with regard to the deficiency in the court fees been cured.

3. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is accordingly dismissed in default and for non-prosecution, along with the pending applications. HIMA KOHLI, J AUGUST 25, 2015 mk/ap
