JUDGMENT
1. Allowed, subject to all just exceptions. CM APPLs. 2240-41/2025 (Exemption)
2. This is an application seeking permission to file a lengthy synopsis and list of dates. CM APPL. 2242/2025
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed, and the lengthy synopsis and list of dates are taken on record.
4. The application is disposed of.
5. This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the W.P.(C) 484/2025 & CM APPL. 2239/2025. WP(C) 484/2025 Order dated 04.03.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal (PB), New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 814 of 2024, titled Hemant Kumar vs. Union of India & Anr., granting a stay on the order of suspension of the respondent beyond 90 days of the initial order while issuing notice on the O.A.
6. The petitioners have filed an affidavit, placing on record the Order dated 20.12.2024 passed subsequently by the learned Tribunal in the above O.A., whereby the application filed the respondent herein, being M.A. No.4836/2024, seeking withdrawal of the said O.A. has been allowed and the O.A. mentioned hereinabove was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty that was prayed for.
7. In view of the dismissal of the O.A. itself, the Impugned Order no longer survives. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of, leaving the question of law open to be agitated by the petitioners, if required, in appropriate proceedings. The pending application also stands disposed of.
