The learned counsel for respondents has no objection to the same.
In the circumstances, these cases are referred to Justice
J.P.Singh residing at 22, Double Storey, New Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi for arbitration. Justice J.P.Singh shall fix his own terms and communicate itto the parties.
The parties shall appear before the learned Arbitrator on

The petitions stand disposed offin terms ofthe above.
