A % 27.08.2015 These are two FIRS against the petitioner. The first FIR is FIR
No.157/20 15 registered on the complaint of Sint. 'SB' for an incident dated 11.02.2015. The second FIR which is FIR No.452/2015 is lodged by the same complainant qua the incident of a later date i.e. of
07.04.2015. The contents of the FIRs disclose that 'SB' was employed with the petitioner Dr.Rahul Dass who is working as a Poly
Technicians with the NDMC, Gole Market. As per her averments, she
2015:DHC:10680 has been employed to cook and wash the utensils at a monthly income of Rs.6,000/-. Thereafter she developed a friendship with him and on the promise of marriage, she had made physical relationship with him both on 11.02.2015 and thereafter again on 07.04.2015 which was without her consent. A Bench of this Court on an earlier date had granted interim protection to the petitioner; there was a rider that the victim shall not be coerced or pressurized by the petitioner; this rider will continue to remain in force and with the additional embargo that he of will not meet the victim.
The petitioner has joined investigation. He had last appeared before the Investigating Officer on 05.06.2015.
Accordingly, in the event of arrest petitioner be admitted to bail in both the FIRs on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. He shall continue to join inv,stigation as and when summoned by the Investigating Officer.
