ORDER o/o 28.08.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner who is present in Court, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition in view of the fact that the petitioner has already met his daughter Ms.Komal at the police station. The petitioner also came to know that his daughter has already married Mr.Raju, respondent No.5 and is now living happily with him at her matrimonial home.
