JUDGMENT

1. After some hearing, learned Counsel for the respondents is agreeable to a disposal of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to treat the writ petition as a representation and undertakes to take a decision on the representation.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on this writ petition treating it as a representation. The decision as and when taken would be communicated forthwith to the petitioner. The decision, in case it is adverse to petitioner, would remain in abeyance for a period of one week for the petitioner to seek legal remedies thereagainst. W.P.(C) 6176/2025
