ORDER

1. A joint request has been made by the learned counsel for the parties to the effect that all the four suits as per the details given below, may be transferred to one Court at District Court, Dwarka. S.No. Case No. Court Name NDOH

2. Learned counsel for the parties further submits that as the issues in controversy between the parties in all the four suits are same, it is desirable that all these matters are tried by the Court of District Judge/Additional District Judge at Dwarka Courts.

3. In view of the joint request made by learned counsel for the parties and to avoid conflicting judgments by different Courts on the issues involved in above suits. Suit No.7/2008 pending in the Court of Mr.Jitendar Pratap Singh, CJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi; Suit No.344/2011 pending in the Court of Sh.Shama Gupta, CJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi; Suit No.1278/2008 pending in the Court of Sh.R.K.Singh, CJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi & Suit No. 1008/2008 pending in the Court ofMs.Preeti Aggarwal, ADJ, Tis Hazari TR.P.(C) Nos.47-50/2014 Page 2 of[3] i Courts, Delhi, are withdrawn from their respective Courts and transferred to the Court of District Judge, Dwarka who may either try these cases himself/herself or assign all the four suits to one Court of ADJ competent to adjudicate these matters.

4. Parties are directed to appear before the District Judge, Dwarka on 8"" October, 2015.

5. Copy of order be sent to the concerned Courts with direction to send the files to the District Judge, Dwarka before the next date ofhearing i.e. 8"^ October, 2015.

6. These petitions stand disposed of
