31.08.2015 We are informed that the SA filed by the petitioner stands dismissed.
Consequently, this writ petition would also become infructuous. Mr. Nagar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is interested to clear the entire outstanding subject to receipt of a Statement of Account.
Mr. Punit K. Bhalla, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the complete Statement of Account would be provided to the petitioner within one week from today. The petitioner submits thatRs. 7.5 Lacs already stand deposited (including Rs. 2.5 Lacs deposited on 27.08.2015). The petitioner further submits that he would clear the outstanding within three months in three equal monthly instalments. Let the petitioner approach the bank. In case the offer made by the petitioner is reasonable, we have no hesitation in saying that the bank shall consider the same and grant a fair chance to
