This is an application under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC seeking disposal of the suit in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties. The terms are contained in para 3 of the application. The app1iction has been signed by the parties and the respective counsel.
It is also supported by the corresponding affidavits of the parties.
The application is allowed. Since the us between the parties has been amicably resolved in terms of the settlement, as aforesaid, the suit is decreed in terms of paragraph No. 3 of I.A. 18235 of 2015.
Let a decree sheet be drawn up accordingly.
