03.09.2015 Mr. Manish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent-
TPDDL states that respondent shall disconnect the electricity connection in
■favour of M/s. Building Care Inc. and shall transfer the same in favour of
M/s. VardhmanFortune Mall Welfare Association (Regd.).
Ms. Naina Kejriwal, learned counsel for petitioner in W.P.(C)
8122/2015 states that petitioner shall apply for transfer of the said electricity connection and comply with all commercial formalities within a period of one week.
Mr. Manish states that the security deposit, if any, lumished by M/s.
Building Care Inc. and M/s. Cool Care Inc. shall be refunded to the sole proprietor/proprietorship concern within aperiod of two weeks.
The statements made by Mi". Manish Kumar Srivastava as well as
Ms.Naina Kejriwal, learned counsel are accepted by this Court and respondents are held bound by the same.
In view thereof,the present petitions and applications are disposed of.
