JUDGMENT

1. On 13.8.2015, learned counsel for the plaintiff had sought an adjournment for her to inform the court as to whether the pending arbitration proceedings between the parties had culminated in an Award or whether they had arrived at a settlement in the course of the said proceedings.

2. Today, counsel for the plaintiff states that the parties had arrived at a settlement in March 2011. The position is confirmed by the other side. The terms and conditions of the settlement were reduced into writing, by virtue of a Deed of Settlement dated 15.3.2011. A copy thereof has been filed under the index dated 22.8.2015. As a result, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present suit. 2015:DHC:7300
