JUDGMENT
1. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks leave to withdraw the present suit instituted against the defendant company which has been declared sick by the BIFR vide order dated 17.2.2015. He however seeks liberty to the plaintiffs to invoke their remedies against the defendant company before the Company Court and/or before any other forum, in accordance with law.
