JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the plaintiff states on instructions that he may be permitted to withdraw the present suit against the defendants No.4 and 5. He states that the suit has already been decreed qua defendants No.1 to 3 in terms of the settlement recorded between the plaintiff and the said defendants in I.A. 6148/2015.
