JUDGMENT
1. The present suit has been placed before the Court by the Joint steps have been taken by the plaintiff to issue summons for appearance as per the provisions of Order XXXVII CPC on the defendant and none has been appearing for the plaintiff after 24.12.2014. Same is the position today. None is present on behalf of the plaintiff and nor have any steps been taken by the plaintiff to pursue the suit.
2. It appears that the plaintiff is not interested in prosecuting the present suit, which is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution alongwith the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J SEPTEMBER 15, 2015 rkb
