JUDGMENT

1. On 3.8.2005, it was noted that the parties had settled the matter and they had proposed to file a formal application for recording the said settlement. After the passage of a decade, the Settlement Agreement has yet to see the light of the day.

2. None is present on behalf of the parties despite the fact that the present case has been reflected in the advance cause list for the past two weeks.
