CORAM:
HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE HIMA KOHLI O R D E R 03.09.2015
JUDGMENT

1. A perusal of the order sheets shows that on 13.07.2015, counsel for the plaintiffs had stated before the Joint Registrar that he wished to withdraw the suit and it was on account of the said statement that the case was directed to be placed before the Court.

2. The case was passed over on the first call as none was present on behalf of the plaintiffs. Same is the position on the second call.

3. It appears from the aforesaid order that the plaintiffs are not interested in prosecuting the present suit. As none is present on behalf of the plaintiffs today, the suit is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution alongwith the pending application. HIMA KOHLI, J SEPTEMBER 03, 2015 rkb
