Quashing of FIR No. 1290/2014, under Sections 307/323/34 of the
IPC and under Section 27 of The Arms Act, registered at police station
Hari Nagar, New Delhi is sought on the basis of affidavits of respondents
No.2 to 4 in support of this petition.
Mr. Arun Sharma submits that respondents No.2 to 4 are the complainant party in this FIR and they have been identified to be so by SI
Raj Kumar, Investigating Officer of this case.
Respondents No.2 to 4 affirm the contents of their affidavits of 8th April, 2015 in support of this petition.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State submits
2015:DHC:7320 Crl.M.C.No. 1492/2015 Page 2 that in view of affidavits of respondents No. 2 to 4 in support of this petition, their supplementary statements would be recorded and thereafter, final report will be filed before the trial court within a period of four weeks.
Let it be so done.
This petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to petitioner to avail of the remedy as available in the law, if need be.
