08.09.2015 Mr. Jagjit Singh,the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that an Arbitrator has been appointed albeit much later than the time which was available to the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent has ohjeetions to the appointment of the
Arbitrator by the respondent. He seeks the appointment of an
2015:DHC:10799 Arbitrator by the Court under Seetion 11 of the Arbitration &
Conciliation Act, 1996.
Under these eircumstanees, the request that the Court may appoint an Arbitrator is accepted and Mr. Inderjeet Singh Alag, Advocate (Mobile No. 9810Q84285) is appointed as the Arbitrator.
The Arbitration shall be conducted at the Delhi High Court
International Arbitration Centre, according to the applicable rules.
A copy ofthis order be sent to the Delhi High Court International
Arbitration Centre as well as be served upon Mr.Alag,before whom the parties shall appear on 15.09.2015.
