1. Status report filed. It istaken onrecord.

2. Learned APP states that the petitioners have since joined the investigation. Nature ofinjuries sustained by the victim is 'simple'.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the matter has been settled between the parties amicably and cross-FIR has already beenquashed byHMJIndermeet Kaur. BAIL APPLN. 1049/2015 &1050/2015 page1of[2] 2015:DHC:10685 1-'

4. It is further stated that the quashing of the present FIR is hsted before the Bench of Justice P.S.Teji on 21®' September, 2015.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are grantedanticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of? 30,000/- with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.
