JUDGMENT
1. Counsel for the plaintiff states on instructions from his client who is present in court that the present suit has been rendered infructuous on the ground that the land, subject matter of the suit was auctioned by a Committee constituted by the Supreme Court in another set of proceedings. As a result, nothing further survives for adjudication in the present suit.
