^ o/o 23.09.2015 Learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to the petitionei s rights and contentions, states that petitioner is willing to pay the entire outstanding electricity dues including late payment surcharge within a period offour weeks subject to adjustment ofRs.1,75,000/- that has already been deposited by the petitioner's father in civil suit pending in the Court of
Mr.Kishore Kumar, Civil Judge, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. He, however, states that the present payment shall be subject to the

In view ofthe aforesaid, learned counsel for respondent states that upon completion of commercial formalities, electricity connection shall be issued in petitioner's favour.
The statements made by both the learned counsel are accepted by this
Court and both the petitioner as well as respondent are held bound by the same.
2015:DHC:11392 In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition and application aie disposed of as satisfied.
It is clarified that in the event petitioner, has still a grievance, he shall be at liberty to file an application for clarification/revival.
