23.09.2015 Learned counsel for respondents state that out of 91 applicants of the
Punjab Migrants Scheme who had approached the DDA, in 52 cases
2015:DHC:10888 genuineness verificationreporthave already been received and in 39 casesthe genuinenessreportis awaitedfromtheSDM,WestPunjabiBagh.
They further state that in respect of remaining 133 Punjab Migiants cases,they have booked DDA Auction Hall at D-Block,Ground Floor,Vilcas
Sadan,INA,New Delhi-110023 duringthe period w.e.f. 12^'^ October,2015 to
23'"'^ October, 2015 for canying out genuineness/verifications in respect of those who had allottedflatsinthe draw held on20^''August,2008.
The SDM,WestPunjabiBagh,who is personally presentin Court states that all verification reports shall be handed over to DDA on or before 23''''
October,2015.
The statementmadebytheSDM,WestPunjabiBagh,is accepted bythis
Court and he is held bound by the same.
DDA is directedto decidethe casesofallthose applicants who appioach it on or before Od^''November,2015.
With the aforesaid directions, present contempt petitions and applications are disposed of.
In the event,the aforesaid directions are not complied with,petitioneis are atliheityto seekrevivalofthe presentcontemptpetitions.
