JUDGMENT
1. Pursuant to the order dated 13.8.2015, a reply has been filed by Judgment Debtor. Though, it is contended by the learned counsel for Judgment Debtor that there is no violation of the consent Judgment and Decree dated 30.3.2012, passed in CS(OS) No. 660/2012, he clarifies that even the advertisement against which the Decree Holder has a grievance, is not being aired any longer and nor shall it be aired in the future. He assures the Court that his client shall continue to abide by the consent Judgment and Decree dated 30.3.2012.
2. Learned counsel for Decree Holder is satisfied by the assurances extended by the other side. 2015:DHC:7902 Ex.P. 112/2015
