W.P.(C)NOS. 6269/2015, 1434/2015, 1436/2015, 1452/2015, 6424/2015, 6425/2015, 6426/2015, 6427/2015, 2275/2015, 2688/2015 & 2753/2015, 3099/2015, 2665/2015, 2668/2015, 2670/2015, 6767/2015, 6781/2015, 6814/2015, 6951/2015, 6643/2015, 4757/2015, has been filed by private parties against the Union of India. Both the parties have assailed the common Order dated 16.1.2015 passed by Central
Administrative Tribunal. We find that although Mr.J.K. Singh and Mr.R.V. Sinha, Advocates, have entered appearance on behalf of Union of India, some of the private respondents remain unserved. We direct Union of India to ensure service on the private respondents as well.
Mr.A.K. Trivedi, Advocate, who is appearing on behalf of the petitioners in some cases and for respondents in some cases, submits that he would make an attempt to seek instructions so that these matters can be heard on the next date of hearing.
