CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE V.K. SHALl
24.09.2015 After brief submissions the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petitions and states that he is not assailing the impugned order passed by the learned ARC granting leave to defend to the respondent. However, he prays that a direction may be given to the learned
ARC to expedite the matter as expeditiously as possible.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, both the petitions are dismissed as not pressed.
It is needless to say that the learned ARC shall make every endeavour to decide the petition as expeditiously as possible keeping in view of the total pendency of the cases.
