2. I have heard the leaned counsel for the parties including that of the complainant and have examined the file. The petitioners were granted interim protection vide orders dated 27.02.2015 (in Bail Application 400/2015) and 03.07.2015 (in Bail application 1232/2015) and they were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Physical relations were established. No complaint at the earliest was lodged.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.

4. The bail applications stand disposed of.
